Service Process
1. Cash deposit
- Visit a 7-Eleven counter.
- Insert your ID card at the EDC and follow these steps:
- Press the “Green” button to accept the deposit terms and conditions.
- Enter a receiving SCB account number, depositor’s telephone number, and a deposit amount.
- Review all details on the screen and press the “Green” button.
- Review all details again and press the “Green” button again to confirm.
- Present the deposit cash including the service fee.
- Accept the transaction slip.
2. Cash Deposit via the SCB Easy Application
- Visit a 7-Eleven counter
- Insert your ID card at the EDC.
- Show your QR code for the deposit from the SCB Easy App and follow these steps on the EDC:
- Press the “Green” button on the EDC to accept deposit terms and conditions.
- Enter your telephone number.
- Review deposit details on the screen and press the “Green” button.
- Review all details once again and press the “Green” button to confirm.
- Present the deposit cash including the service fee.
- Accept the transaction slip.
3. Cash withdrawal via the SCB Easy Application
- Visit a 7-Eleven counter.
- Insert your ID card at the EDC and perform facial recognition.
- Show an SCB Easy QR code and follow these steps:
- Press the “Green” button on the EDC to accept withdrawal terms and conditions.
- Enter your telephone number.
- Review withdrawal details on the screen and press the “Green” button.
- Review all details once again and press the “Green” button to confirm.
- Present the service fee.
- Sign the withdrawal slip.
- Accept the transaction slip with the 7-Eleven employee’s signature.
Things to Prepare
1. Cash deposits
- Deposit account number (savings and current accounts)
- National ID card of the depositor
- Cash
Proof of Passport
Acceptable primary proofof identity includes, but is nolimited to, original.
Proof of address
A document issued by a government department that shows your address.
